If you have an urgent dental issue when our clinic is closed, please call (360) 466-3900 and leave a detailed message.
One of our staff members will contact you within 24 hours to triage your situation over the phone and provide guidance on how to proceed.
We reserve time in our schedule for same-day urgent care appointments, when available.
Urgent Care Needs Outside Our Hours
If you are experiencing severe pain, trauma, facial swelling, signs of infection, or symptoms of an allergic reaction, please go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care.

If you are eligible for Purchased Referred Care (PRC), formerly known as Contract Health Services, you must contact their office and leave a message for a Purchase Order (PO) number.
If you receive dental care at a different clinic, you will be responsible for the cost of treatment and must bring your dental insurance card with you.
Sea Mar accepts urgent care dental patients at several locations and accepts Apple Health/Provider One/Washington State Health (formerly DSHS).

Only emergency dental treatment should be provided by another approved facility, and patients must first attempt to seek care at the Swinomish Dental Clinic whenever possible.
