Financial Coaching
The financial coach offers comprehensive financial business training and assistance to both current and aspiring Swinomish business proprietors. They aid in the identification and application process for startup loans, advise on business financial structuring, and promoting sustainable business practices. Additionally, the coach provides financial and homeownership training to Swinomish Community members and internship programs. Key duties involve conducting one-on-one or group coaching sessions, developing tailored financial plans, teaching financial education materials, creating a curriculum on basic business finance and home ownership, and facilitating youth financial groups to foster positive financial habits and skills.
