Clerk Office Hours and Visitor Policy

Clerk office open hours: Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-3 p.m. for walk-in filing and other public court business. Friday and all other hours, in-person visits are by appointment only.

The Tribal Court Visitor Policy remains in place for all in-person visits Monday-Thursday with a clerk in the office. Please call during open hours prior to making any in-person visits outside of open hours.

In-Person Hearings

The Swinomish Tribal Court hearings are in person. Parties are expected to appear in person for their hearings. Zoom hearings are available by approved request only. To request to appear by Zoom, email TribalCourtInfo [at] swinomish.nsn.us (TribalCourtInfo[at]swinomish[dot]nsn[dot]us)

Online Fine Payments Available

To pay by debit or credit card: We are pleased to offer a method to process debit or credit card payments as of May 11, 2016. For now if you wish to pay online with debit or credit card, clients will need to call or stop by the Clerk Office, but we are working to streamline the process.
