Tribal Archive

Welcome to the Swinomish Tribal Archive and Records page. We invite you to explore and discover Swinomish's rich history by visiting us. The archive was established in 2007, and our facility was built in 2013. As a relatively new department to the tribe, we are committed to preserving and sharing the stories of our people.

The purpose and mission of the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community Records Room and Tribal Archive is to collect, protect, and preserve the history and culture of the Swinomish Community for present and future generations, honoring the legacy of our ancestors.
