The Tribal Realty Program offers services to Indian trust land owners including:
- Acquisition & Disposal on Trust Lands (buying and selling property)
- Fee to Trust
- General Leasing
- Partitionment (division of large parcels)
- Gift Deed (transferring land to relatives)
- Easements/Rights-of-Way.
The Tribal Realty Program coordinates with the Bureau of Indian Affairs to process transactions, and works closely with multiple tribal programs including the Housing Division, Permitting, and Planning Department to help tribal landowners and homeowners with projects including homesite leases, providing information needed for permits and development planning, and identifying and acquiring land for future tribal projects.
