All enrolled Swinomish elders who are 55 and older may, after their birthday month, receive $350 per month in supplemental income. This program is designed so that it will not impact Social Security, Medicare, HUD housing, or other needs-based programs such as LIHEAP, STOWW, SNAP, etc.
To enroll in this program, please complete this form and return it to Swinomish Social Services.
Please also notify Social Services staff if there is any concern of an elder being financially abused. The tribe will take steps to investigate and take legal action against anyone financially harming or abusing elders.
